At Murugan Sarees, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the information you need about our shipping options, delivery times, and costs.

SHIPPING WITHIN NORWAY

We ship to all addresses within Norway from our fulfilment base in Herning, Denmark. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We offer free shipping on orders over 900 NOK.  Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

SHIPPING WITHIN DENMARK

Orders within Denmark are shipped from our fulfilment base in Herning and typically arrive within 1–2 business days.

We offer free shipping on orders over 900 NOK, or the equivalent amount in your local currency.

SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE

We ship across Europe from our fulfilment base in Herning, Denmark. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

We offer free shipping on orders over 900 NOK, or the equivalent amount in your local currency. The exact threshold for your region is displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. For orders outside Europe, shipping is charged at a flat rate of 400 NOK, or the equivalent amount in your local currency, and free shipping is not available. Delivery times vary by destination and cannot be guaranteed. 

Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not collected by Murugan Sarees at checkout. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination country and by the carrier. These charges are collected by the carrier at or before delivery, follow the rules of your country, and cannot be estimated by us in advance. If such charges are not paid, the parcel may be delayed, returned, or handled by the carrier according to its rules.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly with the carrier.

SPLIT ORDERS

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

COUNTRIES WE DO NOT SHIP TO

Please note that we currently do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Moldova, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
